Effective October 22, 2026.
Who we are
Countermove is a product of Futurist IP (“we”, “us”). This policy covers countermove.xyz only. The testing product is not available yet. When it is, it will have its own terms and privacy notice for customer data.
What we collect and why
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You sign up on a form | Your email address, which form it was, the page you were on and, if you choose to answer, your role, what your agent can give away and the platform it runs on | To send what you asked for (early-access news or the checklist) and to understand who is interested |
| You use the contact form or email us | Your name if given, email address, topic and message | To read and reply to it |
| You visit any page | Aggregated statistics: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and country, plus counts of sign-ups and contact messages. No cookies, and never your email address, name or message | To see which content is useful |
| Any request to the site | Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address | To run and secure the site |
We don’t sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, buy data about you or use it to train models.

We email you only about what you signed up for. To stop, reply “unsubscribe” or email contact@countermove.xyz.
How long we keep it
- Sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Page statistics: aggregated, with no personal identifiers.
- Server logs: a short period, under our hosting provider’s retention settings.

We don’t track you across other websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

The site is meant for working professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to our accounts is limited to the people who run Countermove. To report a vulnerability, see our security page.
