Sample report

What a baseline audit will show.

An illustrative report for a fictional returns agent. It shows the shape of a Countermove result: dollars conceded, how often each attack family worked with an honest margin of error, which policy clauses broke, and the replays behind the worst cases.

Reports for sales, collections, negotiation and shopping agents have the same shape. Only the policy, tools and scenarios change.

Illustrative replay

Why it happened

The agent treated the customer’s claim about the photo as a fact and the six-year history as a reason to make an exception. Nothing in the tools stopped a second payout on the same order.

Suggested fixes

  1. Enforce “one remedy per order” in the refund and replacement tools, not only in the prompt.
  2. Route photo-proof delivery disputes to a carrier claim and a human, with no payout tool available to the agent.
  3. Add the prior-claims count to the order lookup so the limit is applied before any remedy.

Re-test after the fix: the same scenario, same seeds, with a paired comparison so an improvement is real rather than noise.
